Memory Lane at Cedar Woods is a dedicated 28-resident community designed for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions. The smaller, familiar setting provides additional support while helping residents remain comfortable, connected, and engaged in daily life.
A place can have comfortable rooms and a full calendar, but it is the people who make it feel like home. Our Cedar Woods team is part of everyday life here. They learn residents' routines, share in the celebrations, notice when someone needs a little extra support, and take time to simply sit and talk.
That kind of connection cannot be manufactured. It grows from seeing the same familiar faces, day after day, and knowing there are people here who genuinely know you.

All the employees are great and friendly and very helpful. When ever we have a issue it is taken care of. They have a lot of activities for the residents. Our family member has been there over 2 years.
